The Evoucher system is software solution that allows Vendors, or dealer to sale prepaid Cards without the need of a scratch card.

Main Objective: To offer a new virtual alternative way of providing easier prepaid distribution as a complementary mechanism for traditional scratch cards distribution method.

What does it provide?

It provides a perfect solution that can use as management system that includes operators, distributors, sub distributors and retail stores. The system allows transferring funds from one agent in the system to the other, and finally to the end user. It offers a complete sales management system that can manage the prepaid distribution start from vendor to end user.

The options to deliver the top up (recharge) to the subscriber are:

• Process flow description:

The e-topup process flow is easy, friendly, fast, and secure process. Below are options implemented to cater for the above goals:

• • Indirect top-up (print Pin-digit PIN on a slip,E-Voucher):

Merchant can use two scenarios :

Online sales:

Where the subscriber takes a slip instead of the physical voucher and recharges his account using the traditional way (*xxx*Pin-digit# USSD command). This option available to cater for subscribers requests of having a physical pin-digits.

Offline Sales:

Where merchant who doesn't able to connect every times he want to serve subscriber request without connecting to server to request voucher he can use this way by requesting no of vouchers as 100 and saved them on his terminal (Pos Terminal) then he can disconnect and do all process as online sales this option help merchant to save time and his money an give him the ability to work in destination that does not have phone connection also, and in the next time that this merchant decide to connect to distributor system the terminal will upload the vouchers new status before download any new vouchers.

• Direct top-up solution:

  With this option, the distributor will be able to directly top-up subscriber's balance in the most convenient and secure way. The distributors will have two ways to implement this request based on the subscriber's choice; as described in the below 2 flow charts in the next page:

The first flow chart describes the process where the subscriber chooses not to expose his/her mobile number, and so uses the transaction id generated from Operator system upon subscriber's request. (SMS that send from subscriber contains the denomination value)

The second flow chart describes the process where the subscriber chooses to expose his/her mobile number, and ask for the top up directly by providing the recharge value he needs and his the mobile number.
