Perfect Customer Relationship Management
PCRM enables the company to keep track of the customer information and behavior, to help enhance marketing, sales, PR, and any customer related departments according to the results collected by the CRM Software, and as the name suggests enhancing the relationship between company and its customers.

It helps so-called front offices (a term describes the sales, marketing, and services offices (called front offices because it's the closest to the customers)) to keep the history and the information about the customers and to schedule some customer-related events.
